All Reservations and Events that are bookable online include 2 hours of game play. If you want to play more than two hours and have 7 or more people in your group (2+ bays), our events team can set up the event for you with the amount of game time you desire in advance. You can reserve a bay (for 1-6 people), or two bays (for 7-12 people) up to 14 days in advance at Topgolf Dallas, inclusive of 2 hours of game play.
To do that, our team must ensure that every guest has fun. If these traits sound familiar to you, and our mission inspires you, then we would love to hear from you. And if you don’t want to park your own car, we have valet parking at some venues. And if you don’t want to drive your own car to Topgolf, get a ride with our partner Lyft. That said, if visiting with 7+ people, we highly recommend booking in advance as getting 2 bays side-by-side is very difficult to accommodate for walk-in's - especially during peak times. Or you can join the waitlist for Topgolf Dallas from anywhere on the day of your visit -- exclusively through the Topgolf App. If you cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your reservation and you used a credit/debit card to pay for your deposit, your refund will be appear on the statement of your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If you used a Topgolf Gift Card, the amount paid via your Gift Card will not be added back to the original Gift Card.
Checking if the site connection is secure
If you are late, game time will be deducted accordingly without refund, as we are holding the bay for you. Please note that you must be present in bay no later than 15 minutes after your booking start time or Topgolf reserves the right to release your bay. You can now trade them for a Topgolf eGift Card through CardCash. With over 200 brands accepted, it’s easy to get an offer on those unwanted gift cards. Please note that Gift cards cannot be used toward payment for Platinum Memberships and merchandise on shop.topgolf.com, as well as toward deposits for events of 2+ bays (can be used towards remaining balance day-of).
An outdoor and spacious experience for all Guests with 11 feet from tee to tee. Anyone under 16 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ at all times. Topgolf is a pet-free venue - this includes pets, therapy and emotional support or comfort animals. The only exception is for service animals aiding a Guest with a disability. Our patented technology allows you to track your golf ball and accurately score each shot based on the target it enters. Which also means we can’t get into the details of how it actually works.
You can also book an Event for two or more bays (7+ people), inclusive of game play and food and beverage, several weeks in advance. Our Event packages are available for groups of 7 or more and include 2+ bays, 2 or more hours of game play, food & beverage and Free Lifetime Memberships for your group. Our Events team can customize packages for groups of 7 or more . Our 1 and 2 bay reservations include 2 hours of game play in a hitting bay that will be ready for you at your reserved time. Food & beverage and Lifetime Memberships are not included in these packages.
Only the person hitting a ball should stand beyond the red line. All other players should stand behind the red line at all times. A full refund of your deposit will be provided if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be refunded - the 50% deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited. We’ll do whatever you want to make that day even more special.
